Jugendfantasy-Buch, das überwiegend gut gealtert ist

Mit 16 Jahren habe ich dieses Buch zum ersten Mal gelesen und dieses Jahr habe ich es endlich noch einmal gelesen. Damals habe ich dieses Buch geliebt und auch direkt mehrmals gelesen, wenn ich mich richtig erinnere. Also zumindest sieht das Buch so aus, als hätte ich es viel herumgeschleppt. Ich hatte ein bisschen Angst davor es noch einmal zu lesen, denn nicht alle Geschichten altern gut.

Aber ich hatte trotzdem wieder sehr viel Spaß mit Bartimäus. Dieser überhebliche, wortgewandte und unflätige Dämon Bartimäus trifft genau meinen Geschmack. Und auch die etwas nervige, selbstverliebte Co-Haupfigur Nathaniel spielt Bartimäus wunderbar in die Karten. Ein Wermutstropfen ist die Ehefrau von Nathaniels Zauberermeister, denn sie wird sowohl von ihrem Ehemann, als auch vom Autoren fast nur in der Küche abgestellt und ist leider kaum mehr als eine unbezahlte Haushälterin. Dafür gibt es in diesem und den folgenden Büchern der Reihe ein paar starke …
