Being a long time Mythbusters-fan I forgot all about my other plans on what I will read/listen next when this came on Audible. The book was very well written and structured and Adam Savage read his own text in a perfect way. I guess it is easy to read words that are your own. It had high entertainment value as well as a lot of information, but I wouldn't buy this as a manual on how to make anything. It's more a question of certain philosophy towards making, selection of tools and materials and how to be effective and finish things. While I don't really like self improvement books and wouldn't call this such, it gave me some ideas and I could extrapolate the lessons to outside of the original realm of physically making things and my guess is that some of the ideas might even work.
