Kind of liked this e-book that makes an attempt to explain complex system design. The book is not for those who would like to see a checklist or how to guide for system thinking. I doubt such a list would be of any use. In stead the book contains examples, principles and explanations that the reader can make use of. The book is focused on systems in Information Technology, but I don't see why the content in this book could be applied more widely.
