Outdated, but Good

It's good for what it sets out to do -- detail the peculiarities of fascism and how it relates to capitalist production, and counter the argument that advocating for fascism accelerates the class struggle.

It was written in 1938 and it shows. It misses some predictions that end up being resolved within World War II, and makes claims that would be disproven by the age of neoliberalism. The essay focuses solely on Germany and Italy, and as such are limited to the European expression of fascism. Overall, however, it was very insightful on the internal trappings of fascism and what makes it such a sinister system.
