Aivan uskomattoman hieno tarina tuli päätökseen. Kuten usein tällaisten eeppisten trilogioiden kohdalla käy, olo on tyhjä ja toivoton. Sain taas hyvästellä kasan hienosti kirjoitettuja hahmoja, joita tulee ikävä. 5/5
Helvetin pitkä teos, mutta ei voi jättää myöhemmäksi ja trilogiaa kesken!
En vieläkään saa vaihdettua tähän kirjan laitosta englanninkieliseksi, mutta luin siis enkkuversion. Näissä alkaa maistumaan mielestäni jotenkin se, että kirja olisi kirjoitettu jotenkin pakolla ja ehkä jopa hätäisesti. Toistoa on paljon.
Mutta silti, ihan miellyttävää lukea jälleen kerran!
Alkanut koulu verottaa lukutahtia, mutta sainpahan tämän luettua. Oli yllättävän täyteteokselta tuntuva kirja, esiaseteltiin koko tarun lähtökohtia ennen kuin seuraavassa teoksessa hommat alkaa tosissaan. Mutta ihan mukava tämäkin oli taas lukea!
Ah, Eddings. Oli mukava palata kotiin.
