Beauty Queens - Audio Library Edition

I've added this to my reading list a few years back and now I've finally bought it and read it (couldn't get it from a library!) Beauty Queens is a snarky and fun book, yet not exactly what I read for fun. It's sort of a crazy-comedic story of Beauty Queens crashing on a deserted island, but to me the fun part is the commentary on the sexism against women; it's delightfully handled.

I listened to the audiobook and the different sort of sections got me real confused at first - which they always do with audiobooks. Once you get the hang of it, it's an easy listen. Would recommend this not only to the primary audience but adults as well, if they're looking for something light to read.
