Simo reviewed Hawkeye Volume 1 by Matt Fraction
None
3 stars
The start of this volume is strong: Hawkeye is shown as a human who has to work with superheros. This contrast seems to be the themee of the whole volume, as Hawkeye often contemplates his place in the superhero business. Unfortunately, after the firts few pages the difference between Hawkeye and superheroes begins to blur. His ability to take damage is soon superhuman, as it often is in these types of comics where the protagonist is supposedly human. Even still, the volume 1 was interesting read.
