I really should read the series again!

Mushishi is an exceptional comic. The art is stunning, but more importantly the view on the world is something I haven't found anywhere else. The creatures grossed me out many times, but they aren't portrayed as enemies. It's calm and slow-paced, so despite the scary pics here and there it's fit even for those who don't like horror.

I would recommend this to anyone, even for those who don't really care for other mangas.
