Review of 'Henkien labyrintti' on 'Goodreads'
4 stars
Let's say 3.5 stars, I had to consider whether it's 3 or 4. Very long, at times a bit too long-winding, especially the final part with Julián was boring. It's also been too long since I read the previous parts – over ten years from the first one, and five years from the previous one. So details are hazy, but looking at my earlier reviews, I've enjoyed them.
And this was good, better than I expected, and moved along quickly enough. There's plenty of intrigue and thrilling twists and turns in the story, and the Barcelona in the 1950s and 1960s is made a magical setting for the story.
All in all, the whole series is worth reading, and probably even better if read in a quicker pace than within ten years.
